1. Registration is mandatory for all delegates including those  presenting posters/papers

2. The work/Research/Abstract should be related to thalassemia and relevant to India.

3. Summaries of new, ongoing and updated research (Original work, Case report, hypothesis, good quality review, preliminary data, and thesis work) will be acceptable for submission and presentation.

4. The abstract must be submitted only online at www.thalcon2025.in

5. One Delegate cannot submit More than 3 Abstract.

6. Inappropriately structured or incomplete abstracts will not be accepted.

7. An abstract may not contain any illustrations, images. One table can be submitted if crucial to judge the quality of abstract.

8. Scientific Committee will select best Poster from each applicable category for Oral Presentation and corresponding author will be appropriately informed

9. Presenting author to be highlighted in bold and underline

10. The abstract author will be notified by email about its acceptance and other details.

11. Accepted presenters must adhere to deadlines and guidelines, and they must promptly respond to communication.

12. Attractive awards for the winner.

13. The best 10 abstracts will be selected for oral paper presentation. The rest of the accepted abstracts will be put in poster presentation category

14. Last Date of Abstract Submission is 30th April 2025.

15. Abstract must be typed and presented in English

16. Use the Font type Calibri and Font Size 11/12

17. The Abstract written should not exceed 500 words
